Characterful kitchen diner

Once a soulless new-build kitchen, this inviting space no longer takes itself seriously. Our client longed for an inspiring and fun kitchen-diner, to cook, work and entertain in.

By borrowing just 65cm from the lounge next door, we were able to open up and reorientate the kitchen, allowing a new peninsular, plus a versatile dining banquette. The window size was doubled, a bifold window was added and the raised bar sweeps around into a sociable 'window bar', where guests can enjoy drinks and snacks.

The playful and fresh palette is enhanced by pops of colour and texture, whilst bespoke elements such as the pendant lights, dining table and neon sign, bring character to this fun and sociable space.
